The conclusion of my book interview with Michelle Malkin is up at Hot Air. In this segment, we discuss the links between "the death of the grown-up" and the war we have yet to face up to against expansionist Islam, which, even peacefully, is always accompanied by anti-liberty sharia, or Islamic law.
This connection is the argument behind the book's subtitle: "How America's Arrested Development Is Bringing Down Western Civilization. Essentially, the problem comes down to this: Having evolved into an infantile, multi-culti, self-censoring society, we find ourselves competing with expansionist Islam. As a matter of Islamic law, Islam demands the very kind of censorship (no criticism of Islam) we have already imposed upon our PC selves. This terrible coincidence doesn't bode well for our side, unless we stop living in a world of pretend and ... grow up!
